This is to formally inform you of the schedule of the RECOLLECTION of JUNIORS.

As a gentle reminder, please refer to the following instructions :

1. All classes of the participating sections during the day of the scheduled recollection should be shifted to Async Class. If there is a required course deliverable/s, it should be submitted on a later date to allow the students to be free from any academic requirements and for them to focus on their recollection;

2. Attendance will be strictly monitored by the Faculty Class Adviser, who is advised to set an ASYNC Class should it run in conflict with his/her scheduled class during the Recollection period;

3. Attendance sheet per section will be provided at the venue of the Recollection;

4. Students must be at the venue by 12:00 NN;

5. All are discouraged from using their cellphones, laptops, tablets, or any gadgets during the recollection unless they are told to do so;

6. All are expected to exert their full attention to the recollection, hence, it is discouraged to make unnecessary activities that are not related to the recollection proper; and

7. All are expected to show the proper decorum and respect to the occasion, i.e. the Recollection.
