First launched in 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎, 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐔𝐩 is one of the flagship training workshops of the 𝐔𝐏𝐋𝐁 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐈𝐄𝐒𝐎) — established to equip participants with 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 that prepare them for real-world challenges. ⚙️

The researchers from the School of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at Mapúa University proposed a study entitled '𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣-𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨: 𝘼𝙣 𝘼𝙉𝙉-𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙨.'

The study integrates behavioral insights into Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) modeling to assess Filipinos' perceptions and decisions on flood control initiatives for individuals aged 18 years and above who currently reside in the Philippines.
