Reservation Procedure
➢ All reservations are subject to room availability & confirmation unless a room allocation has been agreed upon by both parties and the Hotel shall make a tentative blocking.

➢ Group booking shall be considered as confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the signed Group Contract.
➢ The client shall provide the Sales Person/Reservations a copy of the rooming list at least five (5) days prior to arrival date.➢ All rooms are guaranteed whether the guest is a NO SHOW on the date agreed upon.
Check in Time / Late Check out / Room Extension
➢ Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards while check-out time is 12:00 NN the following day.
➢ The guests may be requested to present their company ID and/or any valid ID upon check in.
➢ Early check-in request is subject to approval and room availability.
➢ Late check-out until 5:00 PM shall be charged an additional PhP 500.00 nett per room depending on the hotel’s occupancy. Check-out beyond 5:00 PM shall be charged in full.
➢ Room extension is subject to availability. Payment
➢ Cash, Company cheque or credit card payment must be received by the Hotel prior to check in date.
• 50% down payment upon signing of the Contract.
• Full payment, at least two (2) weeks before check in date.
➢ Cheque payment can be made through below account only and is subject to standard clearing time of three (3) working days.
➢ For bank transfer payment, a copy of the bank deposit slip must be sent to the hotel for verification and documentation purposes.
➢ Bank payment transfer must be deposited to below account only. For Companies with Send Bill Arrangement ➢ Letter of Authorization (LOA) should be submitted upon signing of the group contract. Total charges should be settled within maximum of thirty days (30) from receipt of the Statement of Account. Liability
➢ The Hotel will not be held liable for any loss of guest property, material damage, injury or death whilst in the hotel premises.
➢ Incidental charges shall be charged to personal account of guest/s unless otherwise stated.
➢ Damages incurred by guest/s during their stay shall be charged to the client/company, unless specified that it shall be charged to guest/s.
Cancellation Policy
➢ In the event of a total cancellation after signing of contract, a cancellation fee shall be charged equivalent to 50% of the total contracted rate, if and when, the cancellation is between the date of the signed contract and one (1) month prior to arrival.
➢ Cancellation less than a month prior to arrival shall be charged 100% of the total contracted rate.
➢ Room reduction/wash is allowed two (2) weeks prior to arrival date for a maximum of 10% of the total number of rooms reserved and will be subjected to a one-night cancellation fee.
