The Philippine Women’s University proudly congratulates 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇, Program Chair of the School of Education, for her successful Scopus-indexed publication entitled “Extent of Utilization and Psychological–Behavioral Drivers of Generative AI Adoption in Crafting School Guidelines,” published in the International Journal of Special Education, 41(3), 216–236 (2026).

The study examines the extent of knowledge, utilization, and psychological–behavioral factors influencing the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools among school leaders and educators, providing insights into the development of evidence-based and sustainable guidelines for the responsible integration of GenAI in educational leadership.

The publication, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, reflects Dr. Dela Cruz’s contribution to advancing research on Generative AI, educational leadership, and policy development, further strengthening PWU’s commitment to research excellence and innovation in education.
