Hello po, I just recently passed last May 2022 CELE through God's Grace and I want to share my journey towards claiming my license as a Civil Engineer. I hope you lend me some of your time to read this one and wishing that it can also inspire other aspiring CE students in claiming that title we want to have, RCE

Average student lang din po ako way back in college, minsan napapasama sa top ngunit ilang beses din na bumabagsak. Masasabi ko na ang status ko sa 5 years ko na pag aaral ng CE ay break-even, balance lang. But one thing I know, di ko ito kakayanin kung walang gabay mula sa ating Panginoon. Tunay na nadevelop ang aking reliance kay God and hindi lang sa sarili during may time as a CE student.

Dumating ang review season, of course kalakasan ng Covid nun, online ang review, isolated sa bahay, ang hirap mag aral kasi walang kasama and andaming uncertainties kung matutuloy ba ang exam or hindi, di maiwasan magbreak down kasi stress ka na sa inaaral, naiistress ka pa sa paligid mo. I tried my best to finish the review and refresher course but suddenly napostpone na nga ang November 2020 CELE. I was sad kasi at that time I thought magiging RCE nako right away after I graduated (Masakit talaga mag assume hahahaha) So after that term naghanap na muna ako ng work para makatulong na sa pamilya and pinalad naman na makapasok, for a year nagtrabaho muna ako and di na muling nakapagbuklat pa ng libro or nakapagsolve. Then, natuloy ang November 2021 CELE, yet I did not took the risk, natakot ako. Sinabi ko sa sarili ko siguro next time na lang, yung needs muna ng family ko saka nako but deep inside naiiyak ako kasi dun nagsisimula na mapaisip ka na sana di muna ako nagwork baka naging ready ako, as in breakdown malala pero patago ko syang ginagawa. I'm the type of person kasi na di talaga nag oopen up kahit sa fam ko, the first one that I really talk to is God. I can remember that nasasabi ko sa dasal ko habang naiyak na, "LORD delayed lang naman po diba? Pero ibibigay mo pa rin?"

Nabalitaan ko na pumasa na yung ilan sa aming mga kaklase at kakilala, grabe tuwang tuwa ako at biglang bumalik yung eagerness na magtake ng exam, sinabi ko na nun, "eto na wala ng bawian, mag eexam nako, samahan mo po ako LORD ah". Then I saw a sign na nakalagay "Straight Forward" so sabi ko nun lalaban nako, God is with me! January nagstart nako magreview. Since nasa site ako and stay in, tuwing madaling araw lang ako nakakapag aral, sobrang nakakapagod, habang nagsasagot ako literal na minsan tumutulo na lang yung luha mo eh, siguro dahil naghalo na ang fear, anxiety, pagod physically and mentally. Ang pangcounter ko sa mga to is pagbabasa ng Bible tuwing umaga at pakikinig at pagkanta ng Worship Songs habang nag aaral. 2 months before the exam, nagpaalam na muna ako na magleave para makapagfocus sa review and di ko makakalimutan is yung last day ko sa site ay may rainbow na lumitaw, grabe kinilabutan ako kasi it means promise sa Bible. It boosted my confidence kasi alam ko na sign ito. Tinodo ko ang aral sa last 2 months pero mas todo ang dasal! Dumating ang araw ng boards and ang tanging dinala ko lang ay yung mga gamit na need dalhin at imbis na phone ay Bible, bago mag exam nagbabasa ako neto and talagang nakatulong sya, during the exam kinakanta ko yung mga worship songs na kinakanta ko nung review para mapakalma ang sarili ko. By God's Grace natapos ko naman and while waiting mas nilaliman ko ang faith ko! May 12, pagkagising ko, ang usual routine ko kasi ay magbasa ng bible talaga bago mag phone, after nun nakita ko na lang na ang dami ng bumabati sakin. Umiyak talaga ako, nilapitan ko sila mama sabay sabi na "MA, MAY ENGINEER KA NA!" Grabiii what a roller coaster ride it was and I could say na kung di si Jesus ang nagmaneho ng byahe ay malamang di ko kakayanin. It was all Grace! Truly you can do all things through Christ who will strengthen you! Bago ako magpaalam I just want you to leave a formula that I developed during my review

Faith/Fear + Grace(Perseverance/Doubt) = God Given Success

Yun lamang po! Sa mga susunod na magtetake kaya nyo rin yan! Basta lagi nyong isama si LORD, si Jesus sa inyong journey at tiyak tunay na magtatagumpay! God Bless Engineers!
