Not every heavy feeling is an attack.
Sometimes we simply absorb too much energy from people, places, stress, and experiences without realizing it.
Protection work is not about fear. It is about grounding yourself, protecting your peace, and creating healthy energetic boundaries while moving through daily life.
In this reel, we’re sharing a few traditional ways practitioners work with Fiery Wall of Protection Oil for personal protection, peaceful sleep, grounding, and maintaining a calm space at home.
Some use it before leaving home.
Some use it during candle work.
Others work with it before sleep when experiencing heavy dreams or restless nights.
As always, intention comes first. The tool simply helps focus the work.
If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out to Mystics’ Circle.

Protection is not about living in fear.
It is about knowing when to protect your peace, your energy, and the space around you.
In many spiritual practices, protection work is done to help create boundaries against unwanted energies, heavy environments, and emotional or spiritual exhaustion that we unconsciously carry from people and places.
Fiery Wall of Protection Oil is traditionally worked with in candle rituals, doorway anointing, personal grounding, and spiritual protection practices.
Some use it before entering crowded spaces.
Some use it after emotionally draining days.
Others work with it simply to restore a sense of peace and energetic balance within their home or themselves.
Protection is not about isolating yourself from the world.
It is about standing firmly in your own energy while moving through it.
As always, intention comes first. The tool simply helps focus the work.
Sometimes it is not the destination that is blocked.
Sometimes the path itself simply needs to be cleared.
Road Opener Oil is traditionally worked with when seeking movement, opportunities, clarity, and the removal of obstacles that seem to delay progress in life.
In this reel, we’re sharing one simple way practitioners use it in personal ritual work through intention, candle work, and anointing objects connected to opportunity and direction.
As always, intention comes first. The tool simply helps focus the work.

Sometimes the problem is not that something is “blocked.”
Sometimes the path simply needs to be opened.
In many spiritual traditions, Road Opener work comes after cleansing. Once the space and the self have been cleared, the next step is allowing movement to return where there was once resistance.
Road Opener Oil is used when you feel like things have been standing still for too long. Opportunities that never arrive. Plans that keep getting delayed. Doors that seem to remain closed no matter how much effort you put in.
This oil is worked with intention to help clear obstacles and invite new pathways to unfold.
It may be used in candle work, anointing rituals, or quiet personal practice when you are preparing for new opportunities, new beginnings, or simply asking for the road ahead to become clearer.
A simple way to work with it:
After cleansing your space, place a small amount of the oil on your fingertips and gently anoint a candle, your hands, or an item connected to your intention. Focus your thoughts on the path you wish to open and allow the work to follow your intention.
As always, intention comes first. Tools simply help focus the work.

Lately I’ve noticed something interesting. Over the past weeks, several people have come to me asking almost the same question. They talk about strange dreams, sudden nightmares, episodes of sleep paralysis, or moments where they feel like there is a presence around them.
When different people share similar experiences within a short period of time, it naturally makes us pause and reflect.
From my perspective as someone who works with energy and spiritual practices, there are moments when people become more sensitive to what is happening around them. Sometimes it is emotional stress, sometimes it is exhaustion, and sometimes it is simply that our awareness becomes more open than usual. When that happens, the mind and the spirit both react. Dreams become more vivid. Sleep becomes lighter. Our intuition becomes louder.
But this is also where grounding becomes important.
Not every shadow is an entity.
Not every nightmare is a spiritual attack.
Many experiences people describe are also very similar to what science calls sleep disturbances, particularly conditions like Sleep Paralysis. When the body is asleep but the mind wakes up, it can create sensations that feel extremely real.
If you have been experiencing something similar, the first step is not fear. The first step is balance.
Get enough rest.
Clear your mind before sleeping.
Cleanse your space if it helps you feel grounded.
And most importantly, protect your peace.
Spiritual awareness should never make you feel powerless. It should remind you that you are always in control of your own energy.
If you feel you need guidance or simply want to understand what you are experiencing, you may reach out. You can also explore some of the tools and resources that Mystics’ Circle offers if you feel they might help support you. Sometimes a conversation, the right guidance, or the right tool is all it takes to bring clarity.

Before any ritual work begins, cleansing must always come first.
In our practice, we never move straight into manifestation, protection, success work, or any form of spiritual intention without first clearing the space. When energy is cluttered, stagnant, or influenced by outside forces, it can interfere with what you are trying to call into your life.
Cleansing removes what does not belong.
This is why we recommend preparing first with blessed salt or ritualized black salt, combined with a few drops of your chosen oil. Use this mixture to cleanse your space, your tools, or even your hands before beginning your work.
When the space is clear, intention flows without obstruction.
This is where true ritual begins.
If you have questions or needs guidance don't hesitate to message us.
We’ve been quietly working on something new for Mystics' Circle.
A small collection of ritual oils prepared for those who practice with intention. Each one was made to accompany different kinds of spiritual work, from protection and healing to prosperity, clarity, and manifestation.
These are not just for display on an altar. They are meant to be used, prayed over, worked with, and incorporated into your own rituals and spiritual discipline.
Soon we’ll be sharing each oil and its purpose one by one.
For those who walk the path, you’ll understand what these are for.

For those who have followed my work for many years, you may remember that I wrote about this topic as early as 2014 on my blog. Even back then, I felt it was important to speak about the growing number of scams and unethical practices happening in the spiritual community. Unfortunately, the situation today makes this conversation even more necessary.
In recent years, there has been a noticeable influx of individuals claiming to be spiritual readers, psychics, spellcasters, or practitioners, yet many of them operate without transparency, credentials, or even a real identity. Some hide behind fake names, empty profiles, or anonymous accounts, making it difficult for people to verify who they truly are.
Spiritual work should never be a tool for deception. Whether someone practices tarot, astrology, energy work, ritual work, or any other form of spiritual guidance, the foundation of the practice must always be integrity, responsibility, and respect for the people seeking help.
Sadly, many people who are genuinely looking for guidance or healing end up becoming victims of manipulation and fear-based tactics. They are told that they are cursed, that they must pay large amounts of money to remove spiritual attacks, or that only one specific practitioner can “fix” their situation. These kinds of claims are not only unethical but also harmful to the trust and sacredness of spiritual practice.
That is why it is important to talk openly about how to recognize legitimate practitioners and how to protect yourself from spiritual scams.
The goal of this post is not to attack anyone. It is simply to remind people that discernment is necessary, and that ethical spiritual work should empower people, not frighten or exploit them.

In any form of divination or spiritual reading, ethics must always come first.
Whether someone reads tarot, astrology, palmistry, or any intuitive method, the purpose of a reading is not to control a person's life. It is to guide, offer perspective, and help someone understand their situation with clarity.
A true reader understands that this work carries responsibility. People come to readings during moments of confusion, pain, curiosity, or transformation. Because of that, the person giving the reading must practice integrity and humility.
Here are a few principles that ethical readers follow.
Respect client privacy
What is shared in a reading stays in the reading. A session is not gossip material to share with friends, family, or social media. Every client deserves confidentiality and respect.
No personal judgement
A reader must not impose personal beliefs, opinions, or moral judgement onto a client. The role of the reader is to interpret the messages of the cards, symbols, or energy with the intention to guide and help.
Know the limits of divination
Not every question has a clear answer and not every situation should be forced into a prediction. Ethical readers understand that divination is a tool for insight, not absolute control over someone's life.
Stay grounded and humble
A reader is not a supreme authority. Spiritual practitioners are still human beings learning and growing like everyone else. Humility and grounding are essential in this work.
Free will always exists
No reading is set in stone. The future is influenced by choices, actions, and awareness. A reading shows possibilities and patterns, but the client always has the power to choose their path.
When spiritual guidance is practiced with ethics and sincerity, it becomes a tool for empowerment rather than fear.
