Congrats to us! We did it again!

This one was definitely ambitious, more family collaborations, live band accompaniment, and all the moving parts that came with it. Soundcheck was a nightmare, but we pulled through!

These past few days have been all-nighters. We were up late doing arrangements for the band, on top of gigs and guitar lessons all week. But seeing everyone shine on stage today made it all worth it.

To our students: You were amazing! We are so proud of your courage, hard work, and the beautiful music you shared with us. Keep that fire burning!

To the parents: Thank you for trusting us and for your unwavering support. None of this would be possible without you.

To Miah, Paolo, and Emman — our last-minute dream band! Ang gagaling ninyo! Thank you for jumping in and making the music come alive.

And to Simon — thank you for always having our backs and keeping things together.

Ang saya! What a beautiful celebration of family, music, and the guitar.

The Lakbai Guitar Duo brings together the music of all 11 ASEAN nations in this special collection of folk songs. By playing these local tunes, they show how the arts can connect different cultures and help us understand one another.
This compilation is a celebration of the beauty found in our neighbors' traditions and a reminder that music can lead the way to a more peaceful and united Southeast Asia.
