Mapúa University has once again proven its strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and global competitiveness. In the recently released UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025, Mapúa proudly secured the 1203rd spot worldwide and ranked 69th among universities in the Philippines.

This recognition reflects the university’s dedication to integrating sustainability into academics, campus operations, and community engagement, proving that progress goes hand in hand with responsibility. ❤️💛

The seminar featured Dr. Lawrence Madriaga, Head of the Mapúa Institute for Global Sustainability, and marked a key milestone with the formal launching of the 5-Year Roadmap to Sustainability, and announcement of the Student Arm of the Mapúa Institute for Global Sustainability, strengthening student participation in advancing sustainability initiatives across the University.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Mapúan community for the overwhelming support, with nearly 300 participants joining us both onsite and online. Your engagement reflects a shared commitment to sustainability as Mapúa moves into its next century.
