In support of its Vision-Mission statement, the College of Education and Allied Programs or CEDAP offers teacher Education Programs that are expected to produce teachers and school managers who are:
* Effective conveyor and facilitator of knowledge
* Capable of analyzing, critiquing and synthesizing complex situations, concepts and problems,
* Dynamic school managers with strategic vision for quality education,
* Appreciative and dedicated to the teaching profession and,
