ANNOUNCEMENT! 📢
We regretfully inform you that the much awaited FSTeM Night 2023 will be rescheduled to a later date.
Expect more fun-filled showcase of talents from the students, teachers and staff of FSTeM.
We will see you there!
Open Laboratory House was successfully conducted during the third day of FSTeM Week 2023. Many scientific exhibits have been presented in the event and an additional attendance of the special guest Dakila Trading, who conducted demonstrations for different laboratory equipment that they have. 🪷🧪
The event wouldn't have been more successful if not for the efforts of our facilitators and of course, the students who came to visit.
Hope to see you again for the following FSTeM week events.✨
The STeM Talks 2 landed successfully last Friday, April 14, 2023. The program was hosted by Ms. Edichel Albao and Ms. Louise Angeli Terez, both from III-17 BMSEE.
The guest speaker, Mr. De Leon shared a fruitful discussion on becoming a teacher shaped and molded by the Faculty of Science, Technology, and Mathematics (FSTeM). He pointed out that the faculty molded his 21st Century Skills (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication and Collaboration) to become a future-ready teacher. He reminded the audiences to go beyond limits, figure things out, keep on balance, and share one's own ideas.
Consistently, Mr. De Leon also gave an acronym for FSTeM which stands for:
Flexibility of your
Skills in
Teaching
enhances
Mastery
At the end, the Vice Chairperson of the FSTeM Council of Presidents, Ms. Jezra Carmela Rosagaran, who was in the middle of her graded teaching demonstration at the same time, thanked everyone who had supported the event through pre-recorded video remarks.
And that would be all for STeM Talks 2.
Keep your eyes wide open for more fun and enjoying events in celebration of the FSTeM Week 2023.
