Congratulations R.L Rosette Rivera!
Your Circle 57 Bahaghari are beyond proud of you! Achieving the CSNB award is not easy – it comes with great responsibilities, difficult trials, and challenges that truly test your strength, dedication, and commitment. There were moments when the path seemed tough and obstacles stood in your way, but you faced every single one with courage, perseverance, and unwavering determination. You did not back down, you did not give up – instead, you rose above every difficulty, and now you have officially become a Chief Scout Nation Builder!
This success shows how hard you worked, your passion for service, and the values you live by every day. You have set a wonderful example for all of us to follow. Continue being an inspiration to our entire circle – let your light shine brighter and encourage others to reach for their own goals as well. Never stop aiming for your dreams, and always believe in your ability to achieve even greater things in the future.
We are always here to support you, cheer you on, and stand by your side in every step of your journey. Whatever challenges come your way, know that you have the whole Circle 57 Bahaghari behind you, ready to help you succeed!

The final day of the 2nd NCR Rover Moot at Rainforest Park, Maybunga, Pasig was packed with purpose and celebration 🌳🔥
We kicked off with the Privilege speech of MMDA General TorreII then the Gender and Development session on where we got an awe-spiring knowledge to be respectful.Climate Actors Session — 6 interactive bases that pushed us to think, act, and learn about climate responsibility in a hands-on way. Right after, Go Solar took over with 4 more bases focused on renewable energy and sustainable action. Both sessions made it clear that being a Rover isn’t just about service today, but about leading for the environment tomorrow.
The day wrapped up with the Court of Honor for Quadrants and Chief Scout Nation Builder, recognizing the effort and growth throughout the moot.
Then came the closing ceremony: a special play by Sub-camp Maybunga and Rosaria that brought everyone together, the singing of the Rover Song in unison, and the solemn lowering of the flags to officially close the moot.
It reminded us that good things must come to an end, but the lessons, friendships, and commitment to service don’t stop here. From early morning activities to the final flag lowering, it was a day that showed us why we’re here — rooted in heritage, driven by service, and ready to take what we learned back home.
Grateful for the memories, the lessons, and the people who made it all happen. Until the next moot!

Second day of work immersion was a quieter one, but still counted 📝
We spent most of the day cleaning around the camp at school — nothing too fancy, just getting the space in order and making sure everything was set for the rest of the program. No pictures this time, but the work still mattered.
The highlight came at night during our socialization night, where rovers got to step up and show off their talents. It was a chance to relax, laugh, and see a different side of everyone outside of the usual work. Good music, good vibes, and a reminder that bonding is just as much part of the experience as the service.
Low-key day, but it balanced out the effort with some well-earned fun. On to the last day!

First day of work immersion is done, and it was packed with service, teamwork, and a bit of campfire spirit 🔥🌱
We started at Bliss II cleaning and organizing the plants, then headed to Rainforest Park in Maybunga, Pasig to pick up overgrown grass and tidy up the area. It was hot, tiring, and a little messy, but seeing the spaces look better after a few hours of teamwork made it worth it.
To close the day, we had our Sub-camp campfire where rovers got the chance to showcase their yells and skits. The energy was up, the laughter didn’t stop, and it was the perfect way to end a long day of service with camaraderie.
More than just cleaning and organizing, it felt like a reminder that service starts with the small things — and that scouting is about both hard work and having fun together.
Day 1 down, and it already feels like more than just work immersion. It’s learning, serving, and building memories one plant, one patch of grass, and one campfire at a time.

The 2nd NCR Rover Moot officially kicked off on May 10, 2026! 🚩
We gathered earlier that day for the opening ceremony as the flag of the 2nd Regional Rover Moot was raised high, marking the start of days filled with adventure, learning, and of course brotherhood.
Proud to have our crew representing us on the ground:
Rover Scouts: John Ryzen G. Vidanes, Ehra Brianna T. Vistro, Angelie Josephine Flores, Mhark Reiven Zurita
Rover Leader: Rosette S. Rivera
Under the theme “Rovers Rooted in Heritage, Driven by Service”, we honored our scouting legacy and stepped up to serve and lead from day one. From the flag-up to the first moments of the program, it was the beginning of unforgettable camaraderie and memories that will last a lifetime.
