What happens when emerging researchers take the stage to pitch their ideas?

You see potential turn into purpose.

Our interns from Silliman University stepped forward today to present their research topics across various projects under the NICER Program on NLP for Health Applications—bringing fresh perspectives, bold questions, and a clear drive to make impact.
Guided by our research experts, Dr. Vladimir Mariano, Sir Mon Rodriguez, and Sir Joseph Marvin Imperial and program leader, Dr. Mideth Abisado, the session became more than just pitching. It was a space for refinement, challenge, and growth. Each idea was sharpened, each assumption tested, and each intern pushed to communicate their research with clarity and confidence.

Because strong research doesn’t just answer questions—it tells a story that matters.

From ideas to impact, we are shaping researchers ready to lead.
