"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." — Numbers 6:24-26

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, we entrust our journey to the intercession of Mary, Mother of God, and the providence of our Heavenly Father. May His grace guide every step you take, and may His love fill your home with joy and hope.

Have a safe and prosperous New Year, from your CSSO Family.

Driving to the campus?

Please be reminded on the access plan ang traffic flow inside the campus as we implement the “No UST Car Sticker, No Entry” policy starting tomorrow, Nov. 5, 2025 (Wednesday).

For stakeholders still processing their application via their myUSte portal, please click the application number to know the status of your application. Majority of applications which did not move forward either had one of the following errors in the application:
A. OR/CR not uploaded to its proper bin, or
B. Letter of Assignment is missing. (To be accomplished when the name of the portal owner is different from the name reflected in the OR/CR of the vehicle).

We will continue to process applications and installations until Nov. 15, 2025. For any concerns regarding your application please email [email protected] to be properly assisted.

Thank you and stay safe Thomasians!

There will be a special car sticker installation schedule on Thursday, October 30, 2025, as approved by the Office of the Secretary-General. We will be accommodating those who had previous appointments but were affected by class disruptions caused by the health break or by class cancellations due to inclement weather.

This will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no lunch break) at the back of the BGPOP Building.
Please present a printout or screenshot of your appointment schedule to the guards upon entry. Entry is via Lacson Street (Gate 14).

For those whose applications are marked for CSSO assessment, kindly click the transaction number to verify what needs to be done from your end.

The most common issues are as follows:
a. Official Receipt (OR) is invalid or expired
b. User did not submit a Letter of Assignment (if the vehicle is not registered under the stakeholder’s name)
Upon re-uploading the required files and upon verification, you will be notified to proceed with payment and schedule an appointment once the sticker fee has been settled.

Here is the QR code for the Letter of Assignment template.
Implementation of the ‘No UST Car Sticker, No Entry’ policy shall be strictly enforced starting November 5, 2025.

Starting on this date, vehicles without car stickers will only be allowed entry on the time and date of their scheduled appointment to have their car stickers installed.

26/10/2025

For those with pending UST Car Sticker applications, kindly send a DM with your application number so that we could fully assist you.

The most common cause for the non-approval of the application would be the need to upload a Letter of Assignment (LOA) if the portal owner is different from the registered owner of the vehicle’s OR or CR.
