Ito na ang pinal na detalye at iskedyul para sa Grade 7 Enrollment para sa Taong Panuruan 2022-2023.
Ihanda sa enrollment ang mga sumusunod na REQUIREMENT:
1. Malinaw na Photocopy ng Birth Certificate (PSA released);
2. Malinaw na Photocopy ng SF 10 o ang Form 137 mula sa pinagmulang paaralan; at
3. Orihinal na kopya ng SF9 o Card.
Ilagay ito sa long plastic envelope upang maiwasang mabasa o magusot. Ipinaalala na ANG MAY KULANG na dokumento ay HINDI tatanggapin para sa araw na nakalaan sa inyo.
Inaasahan susundin ang sumusunod na protocol
1. Magpi-print ng kopya ng Modified Learner Enrollment Survey Form (MLESF);
2. Magdala ng sariling bolpen;
3. Pagsuot ng Face Mask at pagdala ng alcohol; at
4. Kapag mayroong lagnat o masama ang pakiramdam ay huwag nang pumunta.
Ang mga mag-aaral na mula sa Feeder School (FS) (B. Legarda ES, G. L. Jaena ES, at J. Luna ES) ay nakatakda lamang na pumunta sa araw na Hulyo 4 hanggang 6, 2022 depende sa inyong general average.
Hulyo 4, 2022 – Para sa mga may average na 88 hanggang 96 pataas
Hulyo 5, 2022 – Para sa mga may average na 80 hanggang 87
Hulyo 6, 2022 – Para sa mga may average na 75 hanggang 79
Para naman sa mga Early Registrants (Online at Face to Face na nagrehistro) ay sa
Hulyo 7 at 8, 2022 lamang depende rin sa average.
Hulyo 7, 2022 – Para sa may average na 85 hanggang 96 pataas
Hulyo 8, 2022 – Para sa may average na 75 hanggang 84.
