De La Salle University students concluded their journey at the National Model United Nations (NMUN) Canada 2025 with remarkable success, held from November 23 to 29, 2025, in Banff, Alberta, Canada, where all six members of the DLSMUN NMUN Canada Team earned awards while representing the Solomon Islands. 💚🤍
On behalf of the DLSMUN NMUN Canada Team, heartfelt thanks go to everyone who made this NMUN Canada 2025 journey possible and meaningful. From Banff back to Manila, the delegation is deeply grateful for the guidance, trust, and encouragement that led to this milestone.
The team extends its warmest thanks to the training core: Training Director Eryca Mei Labrador, together with trainers Mark Imperial,Prince Ramos, Jules Palpallatoc, and Julianne Grace Aspillaga, whose dedication shaped the delegation’s preparation and performance. Special appreciation also goes to Finance Head John Churchill M. Dizon and Logistics Head James Clarince Solacito for ensuring that every detail of this journey was possible and well-supported.
The delegation also expresses sincere gratitude to its mentors: Tori Vito Cruz, Cyryll Cai Obeles, Jessica Morgan, Michael Anthony Gabriel Go, Jewel Irish Salve Belascuain, and Chloé Villena, for generously sharing their experience and advice throughout the process. The team is likewise thankful to adviser Allen Surla of the Department of Political Science and Development Studies for steadfast guidance from preparation to conference week.
As this NMUN Canada chapter comes to a close, the DLSMUN NMUN Canada Team looks back with pride and forward with hope, carrying the lessons and friendships formed in committee rooms and beyond. From the whole delegation, congratulations and deepest thanks to everyone who stood beside the DLSMUN NMUN Canada Team—this success belongs to all of you; with that, the team bids farewell from Banff. 🇨🇦⛰️
