The FEU Tech Library and Community Extension Services have teamed up today for a special cause! A total of 146 books were successfully turned over to the Valenzuela City Academic Center for Excellence (ValACE) Library to help fuel the love for reading and learning in the community. โœจ

The FEU Tech team also wrapped up the productive visit with an eye-opening, insightful tour of the ValACE vicinity.

Last May 7, 2026, FEU Tech Students and Associates, in collaboration with the Community Extension Services (CES) and the National Service Training Program (NSTP), headed to the Las Piรฑasโ€“Paraรฑaque Wetland Park for ๐ข๐“๐š๐ฆ๐Œ๐š๐ค๐š๐ค๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ค๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ง: ๐“๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐“๐ข๐๐ž. Our dedicated volunteers rolled up their sleeves to clear marine debris, proving that no amount of heat can stop the Tamaraw spirit of service.

Through this collective effort, the team ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—น๐—น๐˜† ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—น๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฏ ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ต, preventing harmful pollutants from damaging our vital coastal ecosystems. This direct action helps safeguard our marine life and promotes a cleaner, greener future for one of Metro Manila's most essential natural habitats.

After the clean-up, participants engaged in an immersive ๐—•๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ช๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด and ๐—ก๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ช๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ธ on Freedom Island. This trek through the "last coastal frontier" allowed volunteers to witness the beauty of mangrove forests and mudflats firsthand.

This initiative translates environmental advocacy into tangible practice while supporting several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
