Some days feel like drowning in your own thoughts: when the noise in your mind grows louder than everything around you, your chest feels unbearably heavy, and even asking for help seems impossible. In moments like these, it’s easy to feel invisible, as if no one could truly understand the battles you fight in silence.

But this serves as a reminder that even in the darkest corners of your mind, there are still 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

The tangled thoughts, the overwhelming emotions, the feeling of being lost in your own head, 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻, and just like the hands reaching through the darkness above, help, comfort, and hope can still find their way to you.
