“Filipino Seafarers Onboard International Cruise Ships: Job Stress and Coping Management Mechanism”

This study aims to gather valuable insights that may help improve support and intervention programs for Filipino seafarers in the cruise line industry.

The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) hereby informs the public that the following Maritime Training Institutions (MTIs) are duly approved providers authorized to offer martime courses through the Distance Learning and E-Learning delivery pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. SC-2021-10.

Stakeholders and trainees are strongly advised to exercise vigilance and ensure that they undergo training only with institutions officially accredited and recognized by MARINA.

This notice is issued for the information, guidance, and reference of all concerned.
