Ngayong May 1, kinikilala ng FEU Interdisciplinary Studies Society ang mga manggagawang Pilipino na tuluyang humuhubog sa ating lipunan bawat araw.

Sa gitna ng napakaraming hamon ng makabago nating panahon, patuloy parin ang paggalang at paglaban natin sa karapatan ng mga manggagawa, sapagkat sa kanilang lakas nakasalalay ang pag-unlad ng bayan.

Mabuhay ang mga manggagawa ng Pilipinas! ⚙️

HABI or Halu-halong mga karansan At repleksyon nito sa isyung panlipunan na sinasalamin ng Buhay Indibiwdal, is a project by IDS Society 2025-2026 spearheaded by the EIC of HABI Production Team, Luis Andrei Palomado! This magazine is a compilation of literary and visual work of IDS Students and Alumni following the theme, 21st Century Filipino Experience! With personal stories and reflections of the IDS community reflecting the current development issues in the country.

Nakaraang 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗼 𝟮𝟰, inorganisa ng FEU Interdisciplinary Studies Society ang 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘆: 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗶 𝗭𝘀𝗮𝘇𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗮, kung saan itinampok ang masalimuot na usapin ng Gender and Development sa Pilipinas! 🌈

Sa moderasyon ni 𝗬𝘃𝗲𝘇 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻 kasama sina 𝗠𝘅. 𝗭𝟯𝘁𝗮, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗠. 𝗚𝗮𝗻, at 𝗠𝘀. 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗮𝗺𝘇𝗼𝗻, ang round table discussion 🎙️ ay nagbigay halaga sa mga tinig ng kababaihan at LGBTQIA+, kasabay ng pagsusuri sa mga umiiral na polisiya at initiatives na naglalayong isulong ang equality. Naging pagkakataon ito hindi lamang para magbahagi ng karanasan, kundi para rin suriin ang mga panlipunang balangkas na patuloy na nakaaapekto sa ating pang-araw-araw na buhay. ☀️

Higit pa sa simpleng talakayan, ang kaganapan ay nagsilbing kolektibong panawagan tungo sa paglikha ng mas inklusibong espasyo sa ating bansa. 🏙️
Wasakin ang macho-pyudal na lente ng lipunan at palitan ito ng pananaw na nakabatay sa pagkakapantay-pantay, respeto, at katarungan! ✊

Noong nakaraang 𝗣𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝟵, sama-samang nagtipon ang FEU Interdisciplinary Studies Society handog ang programang 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼: 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗵𝘂𝗯𝗼𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻, isang makabuluhang talakayan na nagbigay-diin sa kultura, edukasyon, at personal na karanasan sa paghubog ng ating pagkatao sa kontemporaryong lipunang Pilipino. 🤎

Mula sa kasaysayang tradisyon hanggang sa pang-araw-araw na karanasan, binigyang-pansin kung paano nagbabago at patuloy na nagkakaroon ng bagong kahulugan ang ating pagkakakilanlan bilang mga Pilipino. ✍️ Kasama ang ating mga tagapagsalita na sina 𝗠𝘅. 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼 at 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗗. 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼, tuluyan na tumatak ang paalala na ang pagiging Pilipino ay dinamiko at ang kahulugan nito'y patuloy na umuunlad sa pagdating ng bawat henerasyon. 📄 ❕

Last February 8, 2026, at Concordia Children’s Services, the Interdisciplinary Studies Society experienced a meaningful reminder of what it truly means to serve beyond the classroom. Through this outreach, we didn’t just organize activities, we shared time, energy, and genuine moments of connection with the children!! 🫶🏼

With the goal of extending hands and strengthening community connections, the day was filled with games, coloring, and simple interactions that created a space for laughter, learning, and belonging. 🎒📚

More than the distribution of school supplies and snacks, it was the shared experiences and heartfelt exchanges that made the day impactful not just for the community, but for every student involved! 🌱

Thank you to everyone who gave their time and effort.
Your presence turned this initiative into something more than an outreach, it became a reflection of purpose, compassion, and collective action. ✊🏼✨
