Marilao, Bulacan, July 26, 2024 — In a significant demonstration of solidarity and community spirit, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) College of Nursing, in coordination with the College Community Development Committee headed by its chair , nursing faculty A/Prof. Jayson Punzal , has successfully launched its first wave of relief distribution to communities severely impacted by Typhoon Carina.
On July 25, 2024, the UST College of Nursing delivered essential relief packs to 100 families residing in Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan. The relief effort, which marks the initial phase of a broader support initiative, aimed to provide immediate relief to those affected by the recent typhoon.
