There is a unique kind of peace that settles over the world when the heavy weight of social expectations finally lifts. For one day, the frantic energy of trying to make "fetch" happen is replaced by the quiet glow of a Christmas tree. The invisible lines drawn between different groups seem to vanish, proving that even the most exclusive circles can’t compete with the inclusivity of the holiday spirit.

It turns out that true status isn't found in a high-school hierarchy or a plastic crown; it’s found in the warmth of a crowded living room and the genuine laughter shared over a chaotic holiday meal. Even the toughest critics would have to admit that the most glamorous thing a person can be is kind. The season reminds us that we are at our best when we stop worrying about the rules and start focusing on the people who make our world spin.

As the "Jingle Bell Rock" plays and the snow begins to fall, the day serves as a beautiful reminder that the best gifts aren't found in a store. They are found in the moments where we feel seen, loved, and completely at home. It’s a season for second chances, heartfelt gratitude, and realizing that being a "cool mom" (or a cool friend) really just means showing up with an open heart.

On December 10, we successfully culminated our Year-end Party at Jollibee Pureza with the theme 𝖂𝖎𝖈𝖐𝖊𝖉: 𝕱𝖔𝖗 𝕲𝖔𝖔𝖉. It was truly a most anticipated event, especially since we had been wanting this to happen since last year.

The event itself was truly wicked. We shared laughter, good food, and celebrated the achievements we accomplished throughout the year. It's fun to look back in time, isn't it? Including the hardships we encountered along the way that made our block this intact.

And as we all know, we are nearing the end of this good thing we have. That's when the real battles will begin. But with this, we carry the spirit of a 𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗬𝗻 (𝟮-𝟵) no matter where life will take us—the same spirit that conquered the terror witches of our academic life.

People come into our lives for a reason, bringing something we must learn. The laughs and cries we shared were never for nothing. 𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙄 𝙠𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙.

It’s not just about crunching numbers, but it’s about showing who’s really, really good at balancing more than just our social lives. On Wednesdays we wear pink, but this Wednesday, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁-𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘀! So gather up, and let us channel our inner Regina George spirit, 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. On this solemn day, let us take a moment to commemorate all the saints who, throughout their lives, walked humbly and faithfully in the presence of God. They let their light shine before us and remained steadfast in faith until the very end. Their lives serve as a reminder for us of what it truly means to live for His glory—a life that is surely worthy of imitation.

At the same time, let us also remember our departed loved ones who once walked with us but now rest in the Almighty’s eternal embrace. May we continue to cherish the memories and values they left behind as remnants of the beautiful journey they had in this world, and let their good deeds and exemplary actions inspire us to live our lives with purpose and integrity. Let us pray that their souls may rest in peace and rejoice in the fullness of heaven.

In the same way, may we also walk toward our purpose with hearts full of gratitude, love, compassion, and devotion. As we, too, are called to be saints, grant that the intercession of the faithful departed guide us and lead us along the path worthy of the promises of Christ.

Lastly, as we honor the noble deeds of all the saints who lived and died in God’s grace, may we also let our own light shine before others and become witnesses of His everlasting love, so that others may also seek Him with pure and humble hearts.
