Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of face-to-face classes for Kinder to Senior High School (SHS) in public and private schools on Friday, 10 July 2026, due to moderate to heavy rainfall expected to persist today.

The MCDRRMO reported moderate to heavy rainfall of 50 to 100 millimeters, with conditions expected to persist throughout the day.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.

The spirit of 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is alive at 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗲𝘇 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 as teachers, parents, learners, alumni, community volunteers, local government partners, and other stakeholders come together to prepare our school for the opening of classes.

Through the collective efforts of our volunteers, classrooms and school facilities are being cleaned, repaired, and improved to provide a safe, clean, and child-friendly learning environment for every learner.
