With sunshine on our faces and picnic snacks in hand, our Batang Bright Minds enjoyed a day full of laughter, running freely on the wide green field, and making the most of the beautiful outdoors. From playful chases across the grass to sharing snacks and giggles with friends, every moment was filled with joy, curiosity, and bright smiles.

Sometimes the best classroom is under the open sky—where kids can explore, connect, and simply be kids. 💚 Definitely a day well spent with our Bright Minds family!

Activity: Making Music Through Water Xylophone

Last week we turned simple glasses of water into a “xylophone” and discovered how music can help us express, calm, and regulate our feelings.

As each note rang out, our little learners explored how sounds can help us calm and regulate emotions — from happy and excited to calm and relaxed.

It’s amazing how creativity and play can open the door to emotional awareness and self-expression.

Parents, aminin natin—iba na talaga ang panahon ngayon. Our children are growing up surrounded by screens and AI. Isang swipe lang, and they’re instantly entertained, quiet, or distracted.

And let’s be honest… minsan nakaka-frustrate. A lot of us feel like we have no choice but to give a screen just to get cooperation—lalo na when feeding, studying, or even just para tumahimik sandali.

Pero possible kaya na may ibang option? Is there another way to guide our children—without always relying on a screen?

This generation needs intentional parenting. Kailangan nating matutunan ang POSITIVE GUIDANCE—how to discipline with connection, set healthy limits, and raise kids who can use technology wisely, not depend on it.
