Today, we pay tribute to the courage and sacrifice of Filipino and American heroes—those who stood their ground, faced hardship with strength, and fought for the freedom we continue to cherish today.

Araw ng Kagitingan reminds us that the Fall of Bataan was not an end, but a powerful symbol of resilience. Even in the face of surrender, the bravery of our soldiers became a lasting foundation of our nation’s spirit.

It is a powerful reminder that even after the darkest moments, light prevails and hope is restored. This day calls us to embrace renewal—𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚.
