Aguinaldians Join NLC

One hundred nine Aguinaldians in Junior High School participated in the National Learning Camp (NLC) from July 1-19, 2024.

The key subject areas covered in the NLC were English, Math, and Science, aiming to improve students' academic performance.

The school's NLC included enjoyable and engaging activities that nurtured learner interests, socio-emotional skills, personal growth, and character development.

NLC volunteer teachers were:
(English): Ms. Jovie A. Frias, Mrs. Abigail Jane T. Jimenez, and Mr. Arnulfo P. Mostoles;
(Math): Ms. Czarina Lei C. Santy, Mrs. Vicenta M. Robante, and Mr. Arman A. Fernandez; and
(Science): Ms. Marivic C. Crespo

The NLC focal persons were Head Teachers VI, Mrs. Gladys H. Gagajena, and Mrs. Renalin J. Biag.

An inspirational message was delivered by Dr. Jeusuel Nonnatus N. De Luna, the school head, during the NLC's closing program, which was held today.

This initiative, which started last school year, 2022-2023, is set to continue in the coming years.

The Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo High School is thrilled to welcome our new principal, Dr. Jeusuel Nonnatus N. De Luna.

With Dr. De Luna's fresh vision and energy, we believe that he will lead our school to new heights of excellence. His passion for education and innovative ideas promise a bright, exciting, and MATATAG future for our community. We are confident that his leadership and service will drive our school to even greater success.

JUST IN: Completers, Graduates Receive Blessings at Baccalaureate Mass

In a heartfelt and spiritually uplifting ceremony, Aguinaldo High School candidates for completion and graduation attended a baccalaureate mass at Parokya ng Ina ng Laging Saklolo, Jaime Cardinal Sin Church in Sta. Ana, Manila, on May 29.

Rev. Father Mark Jeferson Millet, the officiating priest, welcomed the congregation and set a tone of reverence and celebration.

Fr. Millet stated that we gather not only to honor academic accomplishments but also to seek blessings for the journey ahead.

During his homily, Fr. Millet emphasized the importance of faith and perseverance. He encouraged the students to carry these values with them as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.

LOOK: Recognition Day Applauds Aguinaldians' Excellence

Aguinaldo High School held its recognition day ceremony with the theme "Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas" on May 28.

The celebration highlighted the outstanding achievements of the students in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.

The ceremony began with a welcome address from Principal Nilo G. Salazar, who praised the students for their hard work and dedication.

The event which took place in B.O. Puso Auditorium was attended by students, parents, faculty, and distinguished speaker, Mr. Aristides Bala Españo who stressed the importance of writing and enjoying what you are good at.

Mr. Aristides also encouraged students to pursue their dreams with passion and determination.
