The most awaited ROARientation for the Tomasinong Mindanaoan is here! They will experience the Thomasian Welcome Walk for the first time—a symbolic entry for the inaugural students of UST General Santos!

Date: August 29, 2024
The inaugural students, together with the University of Santo Tomas alumni, academic staff, and non-academic staff, will come together to celebrate this momentous occasion.

Performances will be given by Salinggawi, the UST Yellow Jackets, a host from TigerTV, and the renowned TOMCAT-UST, straight from the University of Santo Tomas Manila!

Two new Thomasian Interior Designers made it to the top ranks in the July 2024 Interior Design licensure exams.

On August 5 and August 7, our freshies from the Higher Education and Basic Education clusters, respectively, will make their way through the historic Arch of the Centuries, to mark their symbolic entry into UST during the Thomasian Welcome Walk.

The activity commences right after the ROARientation and ALAB ceremonies at the Quadricentennial Pavilion. The Thomasian Welcome Walk will be streamed live on UST Tiger TV.

The Quadricentennial Pavilion will be home to the 11,000+ freshies starting their Thomasian journey.

The higher education cluster will have the In-Person ROARientation on August 5, 2024 (Monday). Each session will begin with the Eucharistic Celebration followed by the ROARientation program. The Thomasian Welcome Walk will then provide our freshies the symbolic entry through the historic Arch of the Centuries.
