In pursuit of an 𝗔𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗺, the UST College of Science Student Council remains steadfast in promoting a community of 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 College of Science student organizations through the continuity of its initiative called “𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝘀” (𝙎𝙮𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝘼𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨).

SMARTs, which was started in 2022, is a project that aims to 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆. A methodized system for auditing finance reports and releasing transparency reports was coordinated with all the auditors of the collaborating student organizations under the College of Science to ensure accountability and transparency to the student body.

Transparency and accountability are manifested through good leadership and quality service bound by the will and sincerity to serve the whole Science community. Let us all together look back at the accomplishments we achieved during the First Semester of the A.Y. 2023-2024 through a week-long exposition of General Transparency Reports and Partial Financial Transparency Reports of our student organizations. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟱-𝟯𝟭 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀.
