HEADS UP, UPCAT 2026 APPLICANTS! 🎓

The University of the Philippines (UP) has re-opened the UPCAT 2026 portal from August 4, 2025 to August 25, 2025.

You may now access the following:
– Form 1, applicants may now change their program and campus choices.
– Form 2A, for confirmation of Grade 12 schools.
– Form 2B, for manual encoding of High School Grades.
– Submission of Hard Copy of Grades, for further evaluation of your University Predicted Grade (UPG).

For Form 1, you may change, add, or remove any of your initial choices during the opening of application last March. You have two campus choices with four program choices each available to choose. After submitting the form, you will NOT be able to re-edit your choices again. Kindly make sure that you have finalized and triple-checked your choices before submitting it.

For Form 2A, same process will be done just like your Form 2A last March and April, but this time, this is for Grade 12 School. They will be asked to confirm you as their bonafide student and will receive a request letter for the Certified True Copy of your Form 137 to be submitted to the UP Office of Admissions, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

For Form 2B, you will manually encode your grades according to what is written on your report cards, or any references. You may use your report cards or request a soft copy of your Certificate of Grades from your School Registrar to have a reference when encoding your grades. As for the number of units, simply put "1" if your report cards do not indicate the number of units. If it contains the number of units, input it on the provided space. For the research subject, tick the check box if it is a research subject, leave it blank if it is not.

For the submission of hard copy of grades, you have to submit a hard copy certified true copy (not the original) of your SF-10/Form 137 for Grade levels 8, 9, 10, and 11 by 25 August 2025. These should be in a sealed envelope signed by the school’s authorized representative across the flap. Please be reminded that the UP Office of Admissions will NOT return the document back to you, hence, they are requesting for the certified true copy, and not the original one. Brown or white envelope of any size will do.
