Shaina Nitura makes history as she becomes the first Lady Falcon to win the UAAP Women’s Most Valuable Player plum, spearheading the team back to their first Final Four appearance since Season 85.

Nitura also received the 1st Best Outside Hitter award after leading the tournament in scoring for the second straight season.

Richard Besorio bags the UAAP 88 Men’s Volleyball Rookie of the Year, leading the Soaring Falcons with his presence on both ends of the court.

The standout rookie once tallied nine blocks in a single game - matching team captain Leo Coguimbal for the season’s highest mark - anchoring Adamson’s net defense while delivering crucial attacks throughout the campaign.

Adamson University's College of Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) recently held its annual CCIT Research Innovation Symposium and Expo (CCIT-RISE 2.0) on May 6, 2026, at the SV 2nd Floor Lobby and CO PO TY Hall.

With the theme “Transforming Ideas into Impact Through Computing and Innovation,” CCIT-RISE 2.0 highlighted the College’s commitment to preparing Adamsonians for the future with creativity, technical competence, and a strong drive for innovation.

The symposium featured a dynamic lineup of activities, including the Student Research Poster Showcase, Faculty Research Presentations, insights from industry experts, interactive fireside chats, live product and technology demonstrations, and meaningful opportunities for networking and collaboration.

The event also recognized outstanding CCIT faculty members for their excellence in teaching, research, and leadership, as well as students who demonstrated remarkable achievements in academics, research, competitions, and extracurricular activities.

Through CCIT-RISE 2.0, Adamson University continues to provide a platform where ideas are developed, innovation is celebrated, and students are empowered to create solutions that make a meaningful impact.

The Integrated Community Extension Services (ICES) and the Vincentian Center for Social Responsibility officially opened the two-day St. Vincent School of Life Program 2026, May 7, at the Saint Vincent Building, gathering participants from various communities for workshops, seminars, and skills training activities facilitated by Adamson University’s colleges, departments, and offices.

The annual program forms part of the University’s extension and social responsibility initiatives, providing practical and community-centered learning experiences ranging from technology and wellness to livelihood, environmental stewardship and creative skills development.

Adamson University and the Moirasia Foundation formally entered into a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony held today, May 7, 2026, at the Office of the President’s Conference Room.

Representing the Moirasia Foundation were Mr. Paolo Romano G. Garcia, Secretary & Trustee, representing Mr. Ramon F. Garcia, President & Chairman of the Moirasia Foundation; Ms. Nhorie Paguio, Treasurer & Trustee; Mr. John Lemuel Gardose, Assistant Executive Director; and Ms. Micaella Narciso, Program Officer.

Representing Adamson University were University President Fr. Daniel Franklin E. Pilario, C.M.; Fr. Aldrin R. Suan, C.M., Vice President for Student Affairs; together with the Office for Student Assistance and Scholarships (OSAS) headed by Ms. Jerjhen Mica F. Salazar and Mr. Chris M. Guerrero, Scholarship Coordinator.
