Meet Mr. Justine Ray Nojadera Chavez, a proud Paconian from Batch 2014 and now serving as a Psychologist, Psychometrician, and Department Head of Psychology at Mental Health Clinic & Universities, as he shares how Paco Catholic School shaped his journey.

“Paco Catholic School became one of the foundations of who I am today—not only as a professional, but also as a person. PCS taught me the value of discipline, faith, compassion, and excellence at an early age. More than academics, it shaped my character and strengthened my passion for helping others.

As a Psychologist & Psychometrician today, I realize that the values I carry in my profession were nurtured during my years in PCS. The school environment encouraged us to become resilient, respectful, and purpose-driven individuals. The guidance of teachers and the sense of community helped me believe in my potential and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to understanding and supporting people’s mental health.
