𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏:
Check your CEU Cares Account at https://caresmnl.ceu.edu.ph/SERP/Student/Main.aspx...
- If you have deficiencies like Form 137, Certificate of Ranking, ID Pictures, Form 138, Certificate of Good Moral Character, and PSA Birth Certificate, please proceed to the Office of the University Registrar and look for Ms. Irene Bernales or contact her at [email protected].
- If you have a deficiency like Outstanding Balance, please proceed in the Accounting Department and look for Mr. Jezreel Daniel or contact him at [email protected].
- If you have 5.0, NFR, Incomplete, or NFE in your academic courses, please proceed to the SELAMS Office and look for Ms. Erlinda P. Fajardo and get the academic deficiency form.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐:
If you already settle your deficiencies, you may go to the SELAMS Student Council at 3rd Flr. Carmen de Luna Hall to pay P200.00 for the Council Fee.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑:
Proceed to Ms. Erlinda P. Fajardo (Enrollment Coordinator/Adviser) and Ms. Zairyl S. Bangit to assist you in encoding the courses offered. You may also seek assistance to the following Enrollment Advisers:

-Prof. Renz Eidan J. Fernandez

You may also state the mode of payment that will be done in order to reflect in the Certificate of Matriculation.

After the printing of the Certificate of Matriculation (COM), you may proceed to the Cash Department and Accounting Department to settle your payment.

Note: Failure to settle the payment within 3 working days will automatically remove the encoded courses and the printed certificate of matriculation will be null and void.
