Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Logistics Support Representative and Coordinator)

Basic Function of the Position: This position is under the Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Japan and reports directly to Site Director, Fleet Logistics Center, Manila (Code 4362).

The job holder (JH) serves as an onsite Logistics Support Representative (LSR) for Subic Bay and other Philippines ports. Performs logistics support functions for all aspect of shipboard management to visiting U.S. Navy and Military Sealift Command ships. JH provides "FLC Face to the Fleet" and integrates all shore-based logistics support to meet customer ship requirements. Visits ships in port daily, receive, analyze, and responds to various ship requests. Maintains open lines of communication with visiting units to ensure optimum combat capability through logistic services.

JH also serves as Materials Examiner and Identifier for the Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) Office. JH performs supply, transportation, and financial logistics of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) items managed by NAVSUP Weapon System Support into an integrated supply chain distribution system. JH performs work involved in the identification, examination, classification, acceptance, and disposition of complex categories of DLR materials.

Starting Basic Salary: ₱537,474/annum
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Office Location: Naval Supply System Command Office (NAVSUP) located in Subic Bay, Philippines
