**Here’s something to reflect on as we begin a new week:**

Most of us have that one thing quietly tugging at our hearts—the habit we’ve been meaning to change, the dream we keep postponing, the action we always promise to start “next week.”

We choose comfort because our minds and bodies crave what’s familiar. But sometimes, that comfort is what keeps us stuck.

**So here’s a challenge for the week ahead:**

Choose that one thing that’s been waiting for your attention. Reflect on it daily. And this week, take one small step toward it.

Growth rarely feels comfortable. But comfort has never created change.

**Isang paalala para sa bagong linggo na darating:**

Marami sa atin ang may isang bagay na tahimik na kumakatok sa puso—isang ugali na kailangang baguhin, isang pangarap na laging ipinagpapaliban, o isang hakbang na paulit-ulit nating sinasabing “sa susunod na linggo na.”

Pinipili natin ang komportable dahil hinahanap ng isipan at katawan natin ang pamilyar. Pero minsan, ang pagiging komportable ang siyang humahadlang sa pag-usad.

**Kaya ito ang hamon ngayong linggo:**

Piliin mo yung isang bagay na matagal nang naghihintay ng pansin mo. Pag-isipan mo ito araw-araw. At ngayong linggo, subukan mong gawin kahit isang maliit na hakbang patungo rito.

Hindi laging magaan ang paglago. Pero tandaan: ang tunay na pagbabago ay hindi nangyayari sa loob ng comfort zone.
