DAY 11: Product Is the Total Experience
Akala ng marami, product lang ang mismong item.
Pero sa marketing, product includes the whole experience.
Example:
When you buy an iPhone, hindi lang phone ang binibili mo. Kasama ang packaging, camera, ecosystem, status, and after-sales support.

Pero ang brand ay mas malalim.
It is the feeling, meaning, story, and perception people connect with your name.
Example:
Apple is not just a bitten apple logo. It represents simplicity, creativity, and status.

Classes and work operations across all Benilde campuses are suspended on Wednesday, May 27, in observance of Eid’l Adha.
Benilde Manila, Benilde Antipolo, Benilde Senior High School, and Benilde Deaf School will suspend onsite and online classes, as well as onsite and work-from-home operations.
The announcement was released via email by the Office of the Chancellor (OC) at 3 p.m. today, May 22.
