2nd year of joining Pole, for the recital. Still had a lot of over-thinking, self-doubt, and fear from the rehearsals to the show, just like last year, but thankfully pulled through, thanks to the guidance and motivation both from my team mates and of course, the “words of wisdom” from Papi 😆

🎶 Safe and Sound

4th year of recital, and I feel that I’m still just getting started. I started out wanting to join dance classes only, being my comfort zone, but since last year, I challenged myself and joined pole, as well.

What do I get out of this?

Joy.

Joy in performing for myself, and joy in performing for my family, seeing their pride and happiness watching me do what I love best.

Thank you, Beast House, for continuing to be my happy place. To my teachers and mentors - Queen and Papi - what a privilege to learn from the best. To for the friendship and budol realness. To everyone who watched and supported me. And of course, to my Mama and , who have always been there for me since day one. I love you.

Can’t wait for next year!

The Universe always listens. We are all here for a purpose, and we are supposed to find people who are truly meant to be in our lives and help us realize this purpose of ours, even though it may not seem at first.

Have I found mine yet? Maybe. I’m not sure. I hope so. But I certainly am finding my people, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Congratulations, for your first Inside Flow class. Thank you for trusting me to hold space for you, and for letting me be part of your learning journey. ❤️

Hello everyone, here is my August schedule for Inside Flow classes:

August 10 (Sat) will be an Inside Flow x Sound Bath FOR A CAUSE, as part of the proceeds will be donated for relief efforts for Super Typhoon Carina victims. Inside Flow is at 1:30-2:30 pm, and Sound Bath by follows thereafter, while in savasana. Php 800, book via Vinaohh.com.

On August 18 (Sun), Teachers , and I will be holding an Inside Flow Marathon from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. More details to be announced soon!

Groove Sessions by Teacher for 10th Anniversary and Recital last June 8, 2024 at The Theatre, Solaire, with theme Love for alcohol 😆

It’s amazing how T. Krista and her can really bring out the best in each one of us.

Just when you think you’re already giving your best, she brings you back down to earth and humbles you - and then make you believe that you can actually even be and do even better. Not being on any apparatus, and just being out in the open and vulnerable for everyone to watch your every move…and all those block changes…gaaah - definitely an exercise for the brain and mobility haha

But deym, we did it. And yes, we looked good, didn’t we. 🥰

Beginners Pole (Part 2) by for 10th Anniversary and Recital at The Theatre, Solaire.

Promised myself last year that I would train for an apparatus for challenge. Proud of myself for sticking to it and conquering my self-doubts, and so happy to be surrounded by the strong, empowered, supportive Beast House family.

Still a long way to go with this practice, but I’m here for the journey, the experiences, and the relationships.

Again, thank you Papi for pushing me and us to be better. Thank you also to Mami for all the learnings from our low flow practices. To my classmates and fellow beasties, I salute all of you!
