As we step into the new month, let it remind us that rest isn't something we only earn after everything is finished. Rest is something we intentionally practice so that we can keep going. After months of juggling the year's academic requirements, clinicals, and so many other responsibilities--we all deserve a proper reset that energizes us for the next chapter ahead.

With reminders of the break, use this month to slow down and prioritize what will help you come back stronger. Let July be a reminder that taking care of yourself is still part of your success journey ☀️
