It’s no other than 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒓 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒐 𝑺𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐, a transformative leader and advocate for transparency and accountability. With degrees in Political Science and Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University, he brought fresh leadership to Pasig City as councilor and later as mayor. Under his governance, Pasig became a ray of good governance, earning him the prestigious U.S. Anti-Corruption Champion Award. Re-elected in 2022, he continues to champion change, citizen participation, and progress for all.

In a system where nepotism, corruption, and inefficiency are prevalent, this excellent leader will walk with us in promoting transparency, fairness, and merit-based decision-making in governance—igniting the spark on our torches and bringing us to the top.
