Tabang Isko is still ongoing and the UP Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs is still accepting donations and pledges for the UP Tacloban cross enrollees.

"As a practical matter, the government has to find ways to ensure that public and social services do not suffer. For instance, scholars in state universities and colleges hopefully will be allowed to enrol on a study now, pay later basis since these are government institutions,” -Senator Sonny Angara

Scholars in state universities and colleges should be allowed to enrol on a “study now, pay later” basis now that the Supreme Court has declared the lawmakers’ “pork barrel” funds unconstitutional, Senator Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara said on Tuesday.
