Award and Recognition to be done at the 98th USTHS Foundation Day and Alumni Jubilee Celebrations on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 3 pm to 10 pm at the Dr. Robert C. Sy Grand Ballroom, 2nd floor, BGPOP Bldg., UST Campus, Manila.

1. Professional & Corporate Excellence
Alumni who have achieved significant success in business, corporate leadership, or professional practice, demonstrating strong leadership and impact in their organization or industry.

2. Law, Government & Public Service
Individuals who have shown integrity, dedication, and meaningful contributions in law, governance, public administration, or national service.

3. Healthcare & Medical Field
Professionals who exemplify excellence, compassion, and commitment in the delivery of healthcare services or advancements in medical practice.

As part of the upcoming 98th USTHS Foundation Day and Jubilee Alumni Celebrations, we are proud to launch the USTHS Alumni Excellence Awards, a special recognition program honoring our fellow graduates who have demonstrated outstanding achievement, leadership, and service in their respective fields.

We invite each USTHS class to submit one (1) nominee for any of the award categories listed below:

📌 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR NOMINATION

To be eligible, nominees must:

- Be a bona fide graduate of USTHS

- Have demonstrated notable achievements in their chosen field

- Exhibit good moral character and uphold Thomasian values

- Have a positive impact on their organization, community, or industry

- Be in good standing with the alumni community

📄 BASIC NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS

Each class must submit the following:

- Completed Nomination Form (to be provided by the Awards Committee)

- Comprehensive Profile/Curriculum Vitae of the nominee

- Write-up (300–500 words) highlighting the nominee’s achievements and impact

- Recent Photo (high-resolution)
Supporting Documents (awards, certifications, recognitions, media features, etc.)
