For online application and evaluation, please visit the PLM website: https://web2.plm.edu.ph/gsp. You may also visit the CPT Office located at the ground floor, Gusaling Corazon Aquino (GCA) from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm.

The College of Physical Therapy is now accepting shiftees for the Academic Year 2024-2025. The number of accepted shiftees will be announced soon. The office will be open for submissions starting on June 26, 2024.
If interested, please submit the following requirements at the CPT Office in the Gusaling Corazon Aquino (GCA) building:
- Copy of CRS Grades (No failing grade)
- Intention Letter
- 500-word handwritten essay stating the reasons why you should be considered in the college
- Curriculum checklist with grades
The deadline for these requirements is on July 3, 3 PM only.
