Mayor Maria Sheilah "Honey" H. Lacuna-Pangan, MD, FPDS Manila CGSO-Admin is the Administrative Arm of the City General Services Officer of Manila. it undertakes policy formulation, program planning, and project implementation on personnel management, compensation dispensation, supply management, personal and real property administration of the City, budgetary appropriations, research and technical assistance, and communication services.

CITY OF MANILA CLAIMS FIRST SEAL OF GOOD LOCAL GOVERNANCE

The City of Manila, under the leadership of Mayor Dra. Honey Lacuna-Pangan, was awarded the 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance, a first since the creation of the gauge of local government units a decade ago.

The nation's capital passed the assessment by the Department of Interior and Local Government for criteria such as financial administration and sustainability, disaster preparedness, social protection and sensitivity, health compliance and responsiveness, sustainable education, business-friendliness and competitiveness, safety, peace and order, environmental management, tourism, heritage development, culture and arts, and youth development.
