Throwback to our unforgettable hotel immersion event this past February! 🌟 Our graduate students from the Masters of Science in Tourism Management and Masters of Science in Culinary Arts joined forces for "Cultivate, Connect, Communicate: Fostering and Promoting Tourism and Cultural Diplomacy." This enriching collaboration allowed us to explore the vibrant intersection of tourism and culinary arts, fostering connections and promoting cultural diplomacy. A big thank you to everyone who joined us for an incredible day of culinary artistry organized by our talented MSCA students taking "Garde Manger and Charcuterie" & "Advanced Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management" courses. Under the expert guidance of Chef Abram Peralta, our students showcased their skills, creativity, and passion for the culinary arts.
