Justice Maria Filomena Singh of the Court of Appeals, 2019 Remedial Law Bar Examiner, confirms that The White Book, is "useful not only to a law students but even to veteran lawyers". She points to the skills "that one is familiarized with through this book." Veteran lawyers who "routinely engage in the preparation of the pleadings and other legal documents, as well as to members of the bench and court attorneys who craft issuances on a day-to-day basis" will greatly benefit from The White Book.

Prof. Manuel Riguera, former Legal Education Board Commissioner and President of Juris Bar Review Center, one of the biggest review centers in the Philippines, gives two reasons why "A Multidisciplinary Approach to Legal Writing" or "The White Book" is innovative. First, the holistic approach, that is, the teaching of legal writing is not divorced from legal reasoning and legal research. Second, the incisive presentation of legal writing by incorporating elements of English studies and Applied Linguistics.

The Center for Legal Education Advancement and Reform presents its newest book entitled, "A Multidisciplinary Approach to Legal Writing". Dubbed as "The White Book", it will be the first book of the Center's Law School Essentials project.
The White Book employs a new approach to legal writing --- a multidisciplinary perspective. It reimagines Legal Writing, as a course, and legal writing, the skill, not only from a purely legal perspective but also through the lens of English studies and Applied Linguistics, of which this subject is merely a subset.
