ISKOLAR NG BAYAN APPLICATION FOR AY 2026-2027

UP Manila will be accepting applicants under the Iskolar ng Bayan (INB) Program through DIWA Portal on June 10-11, 2026.

2026 General Appeals

The first round of appeals will be done through the DIWA portal on 10 to 11 June 2026.

UPCAT 2026 applicants with a UPG of 2.800 or better, as well as waitlisted applicants who have not been offered a degree program, are eligible to appeal.

Please be guided by the UPG cutoff score per UP campus. Note that some campuses and degree programs have additional requirements. Only the campuses and degree programs for which you meet the appeal criteria and that still have available slots will appear in your DIWA portal.

Appeal results will be released on 15 June 2026.
