Security professionals from Watch Tower Security Agency, currently deployed at Panpacific University – Urdaneta, are actively engaged in deepening their understanding of respectful, gender-sensitive, and harassment-free environments, both in public and professional spaces.

Basic requirements to enroll in a Basic Security Guard Training at Light Tower Security Training Academy Inc. in Manila:

1. Eligibility
• Filipino citizen, aged 18–50 (some courses up to 50)
• High school graduate at minimum; college education is a plus

2. Fitness & Character
• Must be physically and mentally fit, typically verified through a medical exam and drug test
• Of good moral character, with no criminal record

3. Required Documents
• NSO/PSA birth certificate
• Clearances such as Police, NBI, and Barangay
• Medical certificate confirming fitness
• IDs: typically 1″×1″ and 2″×2″ IDs with white background
• Diploma or transcript, sometimes a TESDA NC II certificate if upgrading

4. Training Requirements
• Completion of a Pre‑Licensing/Basic Security Services Course (Security Services NC I), usually around 170–206 hours
• First aid training is mandatory (we will provide)
• If aiming for Security Services NC II, you’ll need both the license (or SBR), NC I, and additional 40+ hours of training

Their presence ensures our safety, their discipline keeps order, and their commitment fosters peace in our communities. Often overlooked, they remain ever-vigilant, rain or shine, night or day.

Lord of Peace and Protector of All,
On this holy day of Corpus Christi, we lift up in prayer our dedicated security guards. Grant them strength as they stand watch, courage in moments of uncertainty, and wisdom as they grow in skill and service. May they feel the dignity of their role, not only as protectors of places and people, but as quiet shepherds of peace in our communities.

Bless their commitment to grow in knowledge and competence. Let their discipline inspire others to serve with integrity, and may their example encourage those who aspire to lives of purposeful service. In a world that longs for order and protection, raise up more men and women willing to stand in this noble calling.
