Third Sunday of Lent tells of Jesus cleansing the temple of the money changers who put their own desires above serving the Father.
โTake these out of here, and stop making my Fatherโs house a marketplace.โ John 2:16
As Catholics, we are called to have a similar zeal for God's house just like Jesusโ zeal as evident in the gospel, and to prioritize our relationship with God above all else. We also remember that every time we attend the Mass, we are entering into the presence of God.
Huge thanks to Grade 8 students and to their advisers for sponsoring the 8:30 a.m. mass! We are truly grateful for your presence and generosity.

We thank Rev. Fr. Robin Custodio for presiding the First Friday Mass held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish.
In the gospel, we are being reminded that from the very beginning, God cares for us; He gave His only Son to save us from our sins and for us to obtain eternal life. Through His Son, He shared His human life and became one of us and took upon Himself the temporary human flesh.

Good day, Red Crusaders!
For those who haven't claimed their report cards, kindly take time to read the announcement.
RELEASING OF UNCLAIMED REPORT CARDS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER is on February 26 - March 1, from 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Registrar's Office.
โKnowing is not enough! We must apply.โ
We are fortunate for the opportunity that UPlink gave us. Last February 16, they conducted a Career Orientation for our Grade 11 Red Crusaders. They were introduced to different career sectors that might help them in planning for their future career.
Carry on, Grade 11!
โLove is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.โ
We love and we forgive.
Itโs one of those rare moments when we celebrate Valentineโs and Ash Wednesday on the same day. Perhaps this is a beautiful reminder that love is a sacrifice. When we truly love someone, we are willing to forgive.
As we enter the season of Lent, let us have a moment of reflection and recognize ourselves that we are sinners โ we are sinners who seek renewal with God. Also, let us be challenged to forgive the people who have wronged us just as how God forgives us.
Turn your โI love youโ to โI forgive youโ.

Sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Today's gospel reminds us that God wishes for all of us to be made clean. In spite of our fears and doubts, He makes us whole again. In times of trouble, all we have to do is call on the Lord. Jesus knows our situation and wants to heal us. The question is, what's stopping you from calling out for mercy?
We recognize our dear Grades 3 and 4 pupils together with their advisers, for sponsoring the 8:30 a.m. mass! We are thankful for your presence and your generosity. Continue to be God's instrument in proclaiming the Good News!
"I do not promise you happiness in this world, but in the next."
--one of the beautiful promises by Our Lady of Lourdes.
Today, we recall the series of appearances that the Blessed Virgin Mary made to St. Bernadette.
Through St. Bernadette, Mary was able to revitalized the faith of millions of people. Although there may be people who doubt the apparitions of Lourdes, the best that can be said to them are the words that introduce the film The Song of Bernadette: โFor those who believe in God, no explanation is necessary. For those who do not believe, no explanation is possible.โ
To our dear alumni, parents, and visitors:
Grades 4-12 will be having Intramurals on February 6-8. For everyone who will be visiting the school, please be reminded to observe proper decorum. Kindly avoid any of the following: shorts, sleeveless shirts, slippers, and other revealing clothing.
Thank you for your cooperation! โค๏ธ๐ค
"Everyone is looking for you", Simon said to Jesus.
In today's fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time, the gospel teaches us to be like Simon, that in all things that we do, we seek for Jesus' help. We may not see Him in person unlike what the people of Capernaum encountered, but by faith as Catholics we believe that He is present and lives with us.
Thank you for sponsoring the 8:30 am mass, Grade 5 and 6 pupils together with their respective advisers! May you continue to serve the Lord and share your blessings to others.

Let the festivities begin! โค๏ธ
As we leap to the month of February, we celebrate not just one, not two, but three celebrations in a day!
First off, we commemorate the Presentation of the Lord, forty days after the birth of Jesus. We recall the death of firstborn males of all the Egyptians during the tenth plague. This circumstance resulted to the Presentation of the Lord in the Temple as way of redeeming him in commemoration of protection during that plague.
Candlemas is also celebrated because the lit candles symbolized Simeonโs prophecy that Jesus would be โa light for revelation to the Gentiles.โ Also, this Feast has been referred to as the โFeast of the Holy Encounterโ because God, in the Person of Jesus, encountered Simeon and Anna in the Temple.
Lastly, we celebrate Personnelโs Day to give thanks to our hardworking personnel! Many thanks to the Central Student Council alongside with the rest of student leaders for organizing a program that fluttered the hearts of personnel, aaand the bonus part is โจselected Red Crusaders as well as faculty members got the chance to shine on stage! Another one for the books ๐

YOUโRE HIRED! ๐ค
Two words that will absolutely make you smile!
Our Grade 12 students have started their Immersion journey yesterday, January 29, at San Felipe Neri Catholic School. An orientation was given to them by our partner, Topserve, in helping them prepare as they go through the process of โwork experienceโ.
Today, January 30, they get to present themselves in an unusual manner, by doing the Mock Interview. Like any hiring process, all employees must undergo the interview process. This activity will surely help them enhance their self-confidence more and even discover skills and capabilities about themselves.
One step at a time, Grade 12 Red Crusaders!
The next โstopโ that you have to prepare is the actual immersion in your respective sites and institutions. ๐

Happy Monday, Red Crusaders!
Please be informed that there will be no classes at all levels from January 24-26, 2024.
All school personnel will attend the Spiritual Retreat and Personnelโs Day to celebrate the Feast of St. Thomas Aquinas, patron of Catholic Educators.
On the last day of Philippine Conference on New Evangelization at University of Sto. Tomas, we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Child, Sto. Niรฑo!
Aside from that, we focus on todayโs theme, Traslaciรณn: Synodality in the Mission of the Church. We are called to be responsible with one another for we are all equal. At the same time, we have the mission to help the Church in evangelizing others especially those who do not see the goodness of God.
PCNE 10 may come to an end, but the learnings we have gained will remain with us.
VIVA SANTO NIรO!
500 years ago, a symbolism of Catholicism was brought in the Philippines โ the image of the child Jesus, Santo Niรฑo.
500 years later, we celebrate the culture and FAITH since the day our ancestors were converted to the Catholic FAITH.
This beautiful celebration evokes us to โbe childlike, but not childishโฆ remain childlike but but be an adult in faith. Adult faith is a faith to go to others and to offer loveโ, as said by Archbishop Gabriele Giordano Caccia, the Papal Nuncio to the Philippines during his homily at Basilica Minore del Santo Niรฑo, Cebu last 2019.
Let us all shout for joy and exclaim, โPIT SEรOR!โ
