ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT ADVISORY

To All College Freshmen Applicants (Academic Year 2026–2027)

Please review the following critical updates and deadlines regarding the ongoing freshmen admission, enrollment validation, and program shifting processes:

1. Batch 1 and 2 Enrollment and Certificate of Registration (COR)

-Ongoing Status: Enrollment for Batch 1 and 2 is currently being processed.

-Confirmation: If you have received an official email containing your student portal credentials, your enrollment is officially confirmed.

-Next Step:Kindly log into your student portal immediately to download and print your Certificate of Registration (COR).

2. Mandatory Validation of COR (Deadline: July 23, 2026)

-To secure your slot and ensure a smooth transition before classes commence, all enrolled students must complete the verification process:

-Requirement: Download, print, and affix your signature to your COR.
-Submission: Bring the signed physical copy to Room 202 on or before July 23, 2026.

Note: Failure to validate your COR by this date may result in enrollment discrepancies or administrative issues before the start of the term.

3. Admission Form Retrieval for Batch 1 and 2 Qualifiers (Deadline: July 16, 2026)

-Applicants who successfully passed the screening for Batch 1 and Batch 2 but have not yet claimed or signed their admission forms are given a final extension:

Date: Until July 16, 2026 (Thursday)
Time: Strictly from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only
Action Required: Proceed to the Admission Office to sign and
retrieve your official admission form.

4. Shifting and Transfer Guidelines for Waitlisted Applicants

Waitlisted applicants are now officially permitted to apply for a transfer or shift to other programs with available slots.

Instruction: Please look for Sir James Bungay at the designated department office to receive further instructions and guidance on the shifting process.

5. Release of Remaining Slots for BS Computer Science (BSCS) and BS Information Technology (BSIT)

The final list of accepted applicants for the remaining slots in the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program will be officially posted tomorrow, July 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

Please monitor our official bulletin boards and online channels for the announcement.

Important Reminder: Please strictly adhere to the dates, times, and room assignments indicated above to ensure an orderly processing of your documents.
