D'Voice and D'Sheep

𝙀𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙨 1:3-5
[3] Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, [4] even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love [5] he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,

𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞
1. He did this in love, not based on anything in us.
2. The goal is both our holiness (sanctification) and our adoption into God’s family.
3. All of this flows from God’s sovereign will and grace, a central pillar of Reformed theology.

God is all-knowing; He is omnipotent and omniscient. Nothing in this world happens without His ordaining.
Nothing occurs that He did not ordain.
Everything is designed and ordained by God.

Everything that happened, happens, whether good or bad. God's sovereignty is beyond our understanding, higher than we can imagine. In all things, our role is simple: trust His power, trust His plan.

1 Chronicles 29:11-12 ESV
[11] Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. [12] Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all.

Daniel stayed faithful to God, even when it was dangerous. He was thrown into a den of hungry lions for praying—but God sent an angel to shut the lions' mouths. Daniel came out unharmed because he trusted in God. 🙏
God protects those who trust Him! (Daniel 6)

From eternity past, the Logos, the Divine Wordstood in perfect union with the Father, uncreated and sovereign. By Him all things were made. Nothing exists apart from Him. And in Him was life, and that life was the light of men.

This is the mystery and majesty of Christ:
Lux ad lucem — Light unto light
Vita ad vitam — Life unto life
Gratia ad gratiam — Grace upon grace

In Christ, light proceeds from Light eternal, shining into the darkness—and the darkness cannot overcome it.
In Christ, life flows to those dead in sin, raising hearts from the grave.
In Christ, grace is not given once, but lavished—grace upon grace, sovereign and free.

This is not sentimental light. Not vague spiritual energy. This is the Light of God breaking into our fallen world to redeem, to reign, and to restore.

Let us stand in awe.
Let us worship the Light, the Life, and the Lord of grace.

God's love for us is unconditional.

“His father said to him, ‘Look, dear son, you have always stayed by me, and everything I have is yours. We had to celebrate this happy day. For your brother was dead and has come back to life! He was lost, but now he is found!’”
Luke 15:31‭-‬32

For believers:
We are righteous NOT because we don't sin, we still make mistakes. We are righteous because of what Jesus did through believing. We thank and praise Jesus!

This means that when we gonna face God one day when we repented and placed our trust in Jesus God will let us go to heaven because someone paid the price for us who is Jesus by taking our sins once and for all and making us right with God.

For unbelievers:
Will you trust Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins? For your justification? For your eternal life?

Repent and believe in Jesus.
