📚 FEU IABF x Coca-Cola

The FEU IABF Accountancy Department recently attended an exploration meeting with Coca-Cola, represented by Mr. John Michael Lava and Mr. Jonathan Maneja.

The FEU IABF was represented by the Accountancy team led by Ms. Lady Dianne Madrid, Ms. Kathleen Cabug, and Ms. Sunshine Nepomuceno.

The meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen industry-academe collaboration, exchange insights, and explore meaningful opportunities for the development of future IABF professionals. 💚💛

Student Researchers Present Research Titles in Virtual Session

Student researchers who are incoming fourth-year BS Accountancy students from FEU Manila and Good Samaritan Cabanatuan presented their research titles covering the first three chapters of their respective studies during a virtual session attended by fellow students, faculty members, and industry practitioners. The virtual session took place last July 30, 2026. This project was led initially by our former Associate Department Chair, Atty. Ariane Faye Valdez, and continued by our current Associate Department Chair, Ms. Kathleen Cabug. This event is in collaboration with FEU Manila - Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants.

The presentation featured research topics developed with valuable contributions from lecturers and industry practitioners. Their insights and expertise helped ensure that the proposed studies remain relevant to the accounting field and responsive to the current needs of the profession.

The virtual presentation also provided the student researchers with an opportunity to receive feedback and perspectives from academic and industry stakeholders as they continued to refine and develop their research.

The initiative highlights the importance of collaboration between the academe and the accounting profession in producing research that is both academically grounded and practically relevant.

The academic community expressed its appreciation to the student researchers for their dedication and hard work, and especially to the faculty advisers and industry contributors for their guidance, expertise, and continued support throughout the research process.

Through this collaborative effort, the students are encouraged to pursue research that contributes meaningful insights to the accounting profession and strengthens the connection between academic learning and professional practice.

As we welcome a new semester, the FEU IABF – Accountancy Department gathered today for our kickoff online faculty meeting in preparation for the opening of classes on Monday, August 10, 2026.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our dear faculty members for your presence, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our students and the Tamaraw community.

As educators, we carry a responsibility that goes beyond the classroom. We inspire, guide, and empower the next generation of professionals and leaders.
