SURVEY ALERT | Survey on the Situation and Well-Being of the Warriors Amid the High Heat Index

Due to the dangerously high heat index being experienced in recent days, we understand that students may be facing difficulties in attending classes, and studying efficiently. In line with this, we are gathering feedback from the student body to help ensure that the mode of learning and assessment for finals remains safe, fair, accessible, and considerate of everyone’s current situation.

Bulletin boards containing the QR for survey are available at the gates of Recto, Gastambide, and Lepanto. A bulletin board is also located near the LB Elevator for easier access.

This survey aims to understand the preferred mode of learning (e.g., face-to-face, online, or alternative assessments). Your responses will help guide the administration and faculty in making informed decisions that prioritize student welfare, safety, learning continuity, and academic integrity.

All responses will remain confidential. We encourage everyone to answer honestly based on their current circumstances and learning needs.

​Please be informed that the enrollment period for the Summer Term has been officially extended until May 22, 2026.

​Students who have yet to finalize their schedules, complete their enlistment, or settle their accounts are advised to utilize this extension to secure their slots. For technical assistance or enrollment-related inquiries, you may coordinate directly with your respective college representatives or the Registrar’s Office.

​Please be guided accordingly.

𝗨𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Given the season's high temperatures of late, UE Manila and UE Caloocan college students will be allowed to wear civilian clothing during Summer classes (May 20 to June 26, 2026).

Male and female UE college students may wear any decent shirt, pants (jeans, slacks, jogging pants), rubber shoes, leather shoes, sandals or Crocs. UE shirts and RSO shirts are preferred.

Female students may also wear skirts.

Not permitted as campus wear are tattered shirts and pants, sando, sleeveless shirts, shorts, skimpy skirts, and slippers. Students wearing any of these will not be allowed into the University.

The long-standing No ID, No Entry policy will remain enforced.

​To ensure no student is left behind, the University Student Council has formally requested the university administration to extend the Summer Term enrollment period.
​We recognize the challenges many Warriors are facing including pending grades, financial adjustments. The USC firmly believes that our academic journey requires flexibility and compassion.

​We are actively waiting for the administration's official response and monitoring the situation closely. Official updates will be posted immediately once a memorandum is issued.

Here is the guide to purchasing the new UE college uniform being introduced for school year 2026-2027.

The new UE college uniform is required for incoming freshmen*, while upperclassmen have the option to either adopt the new uniform or wear their old one.

* Note: UE college freshmen enrollment is ongoing.

Step 1: Order Placement

Fill out a Student Uniform Order Form from the Admissions Office (for freshmen) or the Student Affairs Office (for upperclassmen) in UE Manila.

In UE Caloocan, fill out a Student Uniform Order Form at the Study Area on the ground floor of the Tan Yan Kee Academic Building.

Step 2: Payment Processing

Pay at the University Cashier to receive a collection receipt. A supplier’s copy of the order form is required for the uniform’s release.

Step 3: Uniform Release

Present the collection receipt and order form to the supplier on campus** to claim your uniform.

** The uniform suppliers on campus are at the former souvenir shop on the ground floor of the Dalupan Building lobby (near the Quadrangle) on the Manila Campus, and at the Study Area on the ground floor of the Tan Yan Kee Academic Building on the Caloocan Campus.
